Students who may become eligible for graduation upon successful completion of the examination may submit their applications via MyKHAS within the application period specified in the Academic Calendar.
  • Students who fail the Single Course Examination or who fail to fulfill the graduation requirements following the Grade Improvement Examination may, upon payment of the applicable examination fee, apply to take the relevant examination again in subsequent semesters or at the end of the summer term. Alternatively, they may retake the relevant course when it is offered in a subsequent semester.
  • A student may not take both the Single Course Examination and the Grade Improvement Examination during the same semester.
  • In undergraduate programs where a compulsory internship is required, students who have not completed their internship requirements are not eligible to apply for the Single Course Examination or the Grade Improvement Examination.

  • In order to be eligible to take the Single Course Examination, the student’s cumulative grade point average (CGPA) must be at least 2.00 upon successfully passing that course.
  • The grade obtained in the Single Course Examination is entered in the student information system with the TD (Single Course) explanation and is also displayed as TD on the student’s transcript.
