2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester Registration Renewal Principles
Registration renewal for the Fall semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year will be done through SPARKS between September 1-14, 2022.
In order to start the course registration process, go to the “Registration Renewal” tab on the sparks.khas.edu.tr web page where you log in with your username and password. Select the program you want to start the process (multiple program options will be available for students with double major and minor), click the “Start” button and start the registration renewal process.
In case you forget your password, you can get a new password from parola.khas.edu.tr. In order to use this service, your registered phone number in the student information system must be active and available. To update your phone number, you can request a change by contacting the Directorate of Student Affairs.
Students within the normal education period should pay their tuition fees first and then choose a course. For the tuition fees to be deposited, you can view the payment terms and options for the relevant semester by clicking the Financial Affairs tab on the same system, and make your payment by calculating your fee. If you have problems with the payment screens, you can get support from the Directorate of Financial Affairs.
Since students who have exceeded the normal education period will pay a fee per credit they have taken, they must first make their course selection, after the approval of the advisor, click on the “Financial Affairs” tab and have their tuition fees calculated.
After the courses you send to your advisor are approved and you have paid your tuition fee, your registration renewal process will be completed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: According to our Regulations, “ONLY FOR THE STUDENTS COMPLETED THE COURSE REGISTRATION PROCESS, THE REGISTRATION CAN BE ACCEPTED AS RENEWED.”
