KHAS-YEP’s FabriKHAS Project Supported by the Ministry of Industry and the EU Officially Starts

The FabriKHAS Project, which is coordinated by the Kadir Has University Creative Industries Platform (CIP) and for which a donation in the amount of Euro 5 Million was granted within the scope of the Competitive Industries Program of the European Union and the Ministry of Industry, has officially started with a meeting held.

During this meeting participated by the representatives from the Turkish Ministry of Industry, the Film Producers’ Professional Association (FIYAB) as a project partner, and the British Council, ATÖLYE and Screen Yorkshire as the technical service contractors for the project, the operations and activities that would be carried out within the scope of the FabriKHAS Project were deliberated upon.

Intended to develop a creative ecosystem covering the screen industry, such as Cinema, TV, and advertising, the FabriKHAS Project aims to gather all the industry’s stakeholders and create a roof to contribute to the technical, professional, and industrial developments thereof.

The center to be established is planned to bring breakthrough innovation to the screen industry in our country.
