Student Clubs Union and Executive Board
The Student Clubs Union of Kadir Has University is an organization that brings together all student clubs under a common structure, encouraging students to actively participate in scientific, social, cultural, and sports-related activities. The Union aims to ensure effective communication between clubs, promote collaboration, and help them carry out their activities in an organized manner. Club activity plans, budgets, and activity reports are reviewed by the Student Clubs Union Management Board and submitted to the Executive Board.
The Executive Board operates under the coordination of the Campus Life Office and consists of students from the Clubs Union Management Board as well as members of the academic and administrative staff. The Executive Board oversees club activities, evaluates budget requests, and carries out the necessary approval processes. It also reviews new club applications and follows up on event approval procedures.
This structure provides an essential platform for students to use their time outside of class productively, develop creative projects, and improve their personal competencies in public settings. It contributes meaningfully to campus life.
