Erasmus & Exchange Registration

Applications for Erasmus and Exchange programs at our university are received by the Erasmus & Exchange Office.

Registration Process

Information of the students who are accepted by the Erasmus & Exchange Office is shared with Directorate of Information Technologies and Directorate of Student Affairs.

• Directorate of Information Technologies transfers students’ information to the student information system (SPARKS).
• Students must fill out the student information form at https://kayit.khas.edu.tr using the username and password sent to them via email. The registration process will be completed by the Directorate of Student Affairs for students who fill out the form.
• Students who complete their registration process can collect their student ID cards from the A Block Security Affairs Office.
• An academic advisor is assigned to the student once the registration is completed. You can see your academic advisor through SPARKS and MyKhas.
• Students can do course registration and course add or drop processes on the dates specified in the academic calendar.
