Iftar Program Held in Memory of Our Founder, the Late Kadir Has

An iftar program was organized on the evening of Monday, March 16, to commemorate our founder, the late Kadir Has, who passed away on March 22, 2007. The event brought together students, alumni, and local residents.

Held ahead of the anniversary of his passing, the gathering served as a meaningful occasion that highlighted solidarity, sharing, and community spirit by bringing together members of our university and the local community at the same table. Participants remembered our founder with respect and gratitude.

As part of the program, a mevlit was recited in his memory, once again honoring the valuable legacy he left to both our university and society.

In line with the sense of social responsibility inherited from our founder, Kadir Has University continues to build strong and sustainable connections with its students, alumni, and surrounding community.
