National Internship Program

This internship program, run by the Presidential Human Resources Office, was developed to enable young people to benefit from the career opportunities offered by public and private sector organizations within the framework of the principles of equal opportunity and merit.

The main objectives of the program include increasing the employability of young people, ensuring equality of opportunity in access to career opportunities, and ensuring the equal dissemination of early career opportunities across all departments.

During the application process, students are evaluated on the basis of their academic achievements, the skills they have developed and the gains they have made throughout their education. The evaluation is carried out in a transparent and innovative way, based on their proficiency scores in academic/vocational, artistic/social and sporting fields. Employers make offers to students only on the basis of these scores, without seeing their identity and university information.
