Student Clubs Union and Executive Board

Kadir Has University Student Clubs Union is an organization that encourages students to actively participate in scientific, social, cultural, and athletic activities, while bringing together student clubs within the university under a unified structure. The Student Clubs Union aims to ensure effective communication among clubs, foster collaboration, and support the organized planning and execution of their activities. The event plans, budgets, and activity reports of the clubs are evaluated by the Executive Board of the Student Clubs Union and submitted to the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee, under the coordination of the Office of Campus Life, works together with the Student Clubs Union Executive Board, which is composed of students, as well as academic and administrative staff members. The Steering Committee supervises student club activities, evaluates budget requests, and manages the necessary approval processes. It also reviews new club applications and follows up on event permission procedures. This structure serves as an important platform that enables students to use their time outside of classes efficiently, develop creative projects, and enhance their personal competencies in public settings. It makes a valuable contribution to university life.
