Management Policy
Our university adopts a dynamic institutional structure that is participatory, inclusive, based on equal opportunities in all administrative processes, adopts continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction in all services it offers, develops resources with a financial sustainability approach and uses its own resources in line with its strategic goals.
Our basic policy is to realize a structure that will provide continuous improvement with a student, human and life-oriented approach in all services offered with a strong software infrastructure; in this direction, to provide improvements in all services offered with a method that all stakeholders can internalize, to create a digital environment that will minimize the operational workload of our employees with software to be developed with our university’s own resources and to ensure that all our employees become qualified employees. Another goal of ours is to create a sustainable growth plan that is compatible with all our strategic goals with a financial structure that can develop its own resources.
