Overview: Kadir Has University has been undergoing a real transformation for the last four years. In this transformation, the university, faculty and students have been redefined. Within the framework of these new roles, our faculty members and all our students have become the driving engine of research within the ecosystem created with this transformation. As the rector of the university, I continue my research with three undergraduate students in the research ecosystem developed to ensure that our undergraduate students are trained as real R&D personnel. In this speech, I will explain how we created the research ecosystem created for undergraduate students at our university and the first fruits of this ecosystem and the first results of my work with undergraduate students. https://www.youtube.com/embed/X2h–nwIh00?feature=oembed
