Cancellation

To cancel your application after submitting the Commitment Letter, you must submit the cancellation petition to Erasmus and Exchange Office.

Note that the participants, who cancel their exchange after the “notice period” provided by KHAS right after the announcement of selection results, would lose 10 points if they apply for an Erasmus+ Program in the future.

Right to Appeal

You have the right to appeal if your application is considered ineligible by sending an appeal e-mail to the Selection Committee via [email protected].
