Dear Students,
Erasmus Student Traineeship Mobility refers to a mobility activity in which a student enrolled at a higher education institution undertakes a traineeship abroad in a company, research institute, laboratory, or any relevant organization or institution, in a field related to their academic studies.
Within the scope of Erasmus+ Student Traineeship Mobility, applications for the 2025-2026 Academic Year will be received between February 6, 2026 (09:00) and February 23, 2026 (17:30) through two online application systems: MyKHAS and E-Government (E-Devlet).
Please read the application guidelines carefully before submitting your application.
Applications must be completed through two online systems: e-Devlet (E-Government) and MyKHAS.
The minimum mobility duration for Erasmus+ Student Traineeship Mobility is 2 months. Mobilities shorter than this period will not be considered valid.

Announcement of Application Results
The application results will be officially announced following the evaluation process.
Applicants will be ranked based on their Erasmus score, regardless of their department. Grant allocation will be determined according to the total grant budget allocated to our University.
Results will be published through the Turna Portal application system, and applicants will also be informed via e-mail.

Application Criteria:
· English Proficiency Criteria: They must meet one of the minimum English proficiency criteria listed below and the grades of the following English exams must be entered into the system at the Student Affairs’s Office before the application and they must be submitted during the application:
· EL 101-102: CB
· EL 201-202: CC
· English Language Proficiency Score is created by taking the average of the last 2 courses from EL courses.
· KHAS 103-105: CB and above
· Students who cannot provide the required proficiency in the above courses can also submit the following valid exam results they have taken in the last 5 years:
· TOEFL IBT: 78
Erasmus Score: It is calculated by taking the arithmetic average of GPA and English Language Proficiency Score.
However, the following aspects are also taken into account in the evaluation of applications:

*Combat veterans and their spouses and children; the spouses and children of war martyrs; as well as, in accordance with Article 21 of the Anti-Terror Law No. 3713 dated April 12, 1991, the spouses and children of public officials who have been injured, disabled, killed, or murdered as a result of terrorist acts while performing their duties domestically or abroad (or due to their former duties); and pursuant to Article 7 of Decree Law No. 667 dated July 23, 2016, the spouses and children of those who lost their lives or were disabled as a result of the coup attempt and terrorist acts on July 15, 2016, and related subsequent acts, shall be given priority when applying for Erasmus+ student mobility.
**For prioritization, the student must submit a Disability Health Board Report issued in accordance with the “Regulation on Disability Assessment for Adults” published in the Official Gazette dated February 20, 2019, and numbered 30692.
***For prioritization, the student must submit an official document issued by the Ministry of Family and Social Policies confirming that a protection, care, or accommodation decision has been granted under Law No. 2828.
****This additional point is applied only once for each study cycle (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD) and for each project type (KA131–KA171). If the student participates in the mobility, the additional point will not be applied in subsequent applications. If the student does not participate in the mobility (provided that the withdrawal is made within the waiver period or due to force majeure), the additional point will continue to be applied in future applications.
*****Internships that involve one or more of the following activities are considered within this scope: digital marketing (e.g., social media management, web analytics), digital graphics, mechanical and architectural design; application, software, coding or website development; installation, maintenance, and management of information systems and networks, cybersecurity, data analytics, data mining and visualization; programming, robotics, and artificial intelligence training. General customer service, request creation, data entry, or routine office tasks are not considered within this scope.

*** Please note that our quota is limited to 10 students who will receive a grant.
Students not awarded a grant can still go to their mobilities without funding if they are eligible.

Travel Support Calculations
In order to contribute to students’ travel expenses, the travel grant must be calculated using the distance calculator provided by the European Commission. The kilometer distance between the starting point of the mobility and the location where the activity takes place must be determined, and the travel grant should be calculated according to the table below.
The distance calculated using the distance band calculator corresponds to the round-trip distance, and the amount specified in the table should not be multiplied by two.

Green travel: This refers to travel carried out using low-carbon emission public transport. Bus, train, and carsharing are considered part of green travel.
Additional Grant Support in Student / Recent Graduate Mobility
Additional grant support will be provided to participants with limited opportunities in addition to the grant they are entitled to receive. In order for this grant to be awarded, the participant with limited opportunities must be defined as an individual with economic and social disadvantages and fall within the sub-categories listed below.
Eligible categories:

*Combat veterans and their spouses and children; the spouses and children of war martyrs; as well as, in accordance with Article 21 of the Anti-Terror Law No. 3713 dated April 12, 1991, the spouses and children of public officials who were injured, disabled, killed, or murdered as a result of terrorist acts while performing their duties domestically or abroad (or due to their former duties); and pursuant to Article 7 of Decree Law No. 667 dated July 23, 2016, the spouses and children of individuals who lost their lives or were disabled as a result of the coup attempt and terrorist acts carried out on July 15, 2016, and related subsequent acts, shall be given priority in Erasmus+ student mobility applications.
**Individuals with disabilities who have a disability rate of at least 50%, documented by a Disability Health Board Report issued in accordance with the “Regulation on Disability Assessment for Adults” published in the Official Gazette dated February 20, 2019 (No. 30692).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The following organizations are not eligible to host Erasmus+ traineeship activities:
· Our graduates can also benefit from mobility when they apply before they graduate. However, the internship right must be completed within 12 months following graduation.
· Within the scope of Erasmus internship program, students are granted a maximum of 2 months.
· Payments are made in two installments, 70% of the total grant before going and 30% when returning. A maximum of 2 months grant is given for Internship Mobility.
