inter-Application Requirements For Graduate Programs

Applicants must be either graduate of or graduating from an undergraduate program in case of applications for a master’s program; and an undergraduate or a master’s program in case of applications for a doctoral program, respectively.

Among admitted applicants, those who are expected to graduate must successfully complete their current programs prior to the enrollment date in order to be able to enroll in the university.

  • The minimum undergraduate diploma GPA requirement for students applying to graduate programs is 2.00/4.00.
  • The minimum master’s degree diploma GPA requirement for students applying to PhD programs is 2.50/4.00
  • The minimum undergraduate diploma GPA requirement for students applying to PhD programs is 3.00/4.00.

Graduate Applications:

  • Undergraduate or Graduate Diploma
  • Undergraduate or Graduate Transcript
  • Passport copy
  • English Proficiency exam results
  • Statement of Purpose
  • Two reference letters
  • CV (if applicable)
  • GRE, GMAT, ALES score results (if applicable)

English Language Proficiency for Master’s and PhD:

The following examination results are accepted by Kadir Has University: 

  • TOEFL-IBT min. 78, 2 years valid (Kadir Has University institutional code is 7524. If taking in Turkey, the testing center has to be at the State Turkish University.)
  • YDS min. 65
  • E-YDS min.65
  • YOKDİL min. 65
  • PTE Academic min. 67, 2 years valid

Turkish Language Proficiency for programs which are taught in Turkish:

The following examination results are accepted by Kadir Has University: 

  • TÖMER min. C1, the testing center has to be at the State Turkish University or at the official TÖMER center
  • Yunus Emre Institute Turkish Proficiency test min. C1
