Until 05 July 2022, those who have been dismissed from Associate Degree, Higher Education and Undergraduate programs or who have not registered even though they have settled and who want to benefit from the provisional article 83 added to the Higher Education Law No. 2547 with Article 35 of the Law No. 7417, which entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 05.07.2022 and numbered 31887, must fill out the form below and apply to the Student Affairs Directorate in person or by mail with the requested documents until the end of working hours on 07 November 2022.
In line with the Provisional Article 83 Application Principles of the Council of Higher Education; According to the principles determined by the Senate, those who apply until August 19, 2022 will be able to start their education in the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.
It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that the applications to be made by mail arrive on time, and our University is not responsible for the consequences that may arise due to delays in the mail.
