Our faculty member at the Faculty of Art and Design, Prof. Dr. Emine Füsün Alioğlu, has developed a model proposal titled “Proposal for Tracking Cultural Layers in Physical and Digital Environments: Istanbul, Historical Peninsula, Great Palace-Bukoleon Palace Cultural Route” has been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK 3005 – Innovative Solutions in Social and Human Sciences Program.
This project aims to create a model for recognizing and examining the historical and cultural layers of Istanbul’s Historic Peninsula. This model targets innovative digital methods for understanding the past and conveying it to the present and future.
