Area of Research
We aim to reveal to what extent a government affects income distribution and poverty through its transfers and the education and health services it directly offers. How different taxes such as income and consumption taxes affect households of other classes, to whom the transfers a government makes are delivered, and who makes use of public services are among the classical questions of political economy.
