Turnitin requires a minimum amount of recognizable text to generate reports. Scanned image-based PDFs may fail to generate reports; students should upload text-selectable documents.

KHAS Learn and Turnitin timers operate strictly based on server time. Submissions completed after the deadline are automatically flagged as late. Always verify that your file is displayed, submission dates are visible, and confirmation info is generated after uploading. Responsibility and evaluation discretion for such delays rest with the instructor.

You may encounter upload errors due to file size, format incompatibilities, or sudden system loads. If re-upload permission is granted, you may submit your file again before the deadline; otherwise, contact your course instructor.

If assignment settings permit, you can re-upload your file until the deadline. In courses where re-submissions are disabled, the instructor's specific course rules apply.
