AAI-DS: Applied Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Research Group

AAI-DS (Applied Artificial Intelligence and Data Science) is a research group focused on developing practical, high-impact artificial intelligence solutions based on modern machine learning and data science methodologies.

Our work connects theoretical advances with real-world applications, with a strong emphasis on natural language processing (NLP) in multiple languages, particularly Turkish and English. We also work with multimodal data sources, including text, images, audio, and video, enabling systems that can understand and reason over complex real-world information.

Our research spans a broad set of topics, including large language models (LLMs), information retrieval, explainable artificial intelligence (XAI), speech and vision-language modeling, and data-driven decision support systems.
