{"id":815,"date":"2024-08-14T11:00:08","date_gmt":"2024-08-14T08:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.khas.edu.tr\/blog\/2024\/08\/14\/project-support-for-our-psychology-students-within-the-scope-of-tubitak-2209-a-program\/"},"modified":"2025-12-03T13:05:49","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T10:05:49","slug":"project-support-for-our-psychology-students-within-the-scope-of-tubitak-2209-a-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.khas.edu.tr\/en\/project-support-for-our-psychology-students-within-the-scope-of-tubitak-2209-a-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Support for Our Psychology Students within the Scope of TUBITAK 2209-A Program"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Our 4th year students in the Department of Psychology, <strong>Z\u00fcleyha Kaya and Rumeysa Kayam<\/strong>, were awarded support within the scope of the <strong>T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program<\/strong> with their project titled &#8220;The Role of Gesture Vision in Learning Spatial Information&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>This project, which will last 12 months, has two main objectives: The first of these main objectives is to directly compare and investigate the role of gestures in remembering spatial and verbal information. For this purpose, the effect of context differences on remembering information learned with the help of gestures will be investigated.
