Duration of the project is 36 months (with one year<br>additional support for PhD students by TUB\u0130TAK). Scholarship for PhD students is 24.000\u20ba (up to<br>30.000\u20ba with the additional life support fund provided by Kadir Has University).<br>For more information on NeuroBM Lab please check: https:\/\/neurobm.khas.edu.tr\/ and<br>https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/neurobm-laboratory\/<br>https:\/\/x.com\/NeuroBm_Lab<br>Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MSc degree in Molecular Biology, Neuroscience or a similar field preferred for PhD applicants<br>(or will receive MSc degree by Dec, 2024). Must be in good standing (GPA at least 3\/4).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have wet-lab experience (at least 2 years).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with cell culture and using aseptic method is desired. Previous work experience<br>with primary neuron and astrocyte cultures is a big plus. Experience with dissecting mouse<br>brain tissue is a big plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferably experienced with basic molecular biology and biochemistry methods such as :<br>qPCR, cloning, DNA\/RNA isolation, western blot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferably experienced working with mouse tissue and mouse handling. Experimental animal<br>use certificate will be a bonus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience and knowledge for microscope is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent English is necessary.
