Following the announcement of the new Artificial Intelligence Package adopted on 7 October 2025, the Research Executive Agency (REA) \u2014 the European Commission\u2019s executive agency \u2014 has updated its Research in AI webpage, highlighting selected ongoing and recently completed EU-funded projects addressing real-world challenges through AI.<\/p>\n\n<p>Among these distinguished projects, AI4LABOUR \u2013 Reshaping Labour Force Participation with Artificial Intelligence, led by Prof. Dr. Meltem Ucal as Principal Investigator (PI)** and coordinated by Kadir Has University under the Horizon 2020 Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (MSCA-RISE) programme (Grant Agreement No. 101007961), has been featured for its contribution to understanding how artificial intelligence reshapes the future of work and labour markets.<br\/><br\/>The project explores the transformation of employment structures and workforce participation through AI-driven analytics and predictive modelling.
