Kadir Has University Department of Business Administration faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ba\u015fak Topaler (https:\/\/www.khas.edu.tr\/akademisyenlerimiz\/749\/) is looking for a PhD student to work as a scholar in the T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 3501 research project titled \u201cAnalysis of the Effects of Exogenous Shocks on New Venture Formation, Structure and Performance\u201d.<\/p>\n\n
The project aims to generate theoretical contributions and develop policy recommendations by examining the cognitive effects of exogenous shocks and their consequences for entrepreneurial activities. The empirical study area is startup companies in Turkey. Research data will be collected by surveying entrepreneurs. Experience in using or learning Stata program for data analysis is expected.<\/p>\n\n
The PhD student who will take part in the project will receive a monthly stipend of 27.500 TL, which is the T\u00dcB\u0130TAK scholarship fee, and an additional Kadir Has contribution of 6.450 TL if he\/she is a Kadir Has University student, totaling 33.950 TL. The duration of the project is 16 months.<\/p>\n\n
Candidates are expected to apply to Kadir Has University PhD in Business Administration program and conduct their thesis under the supervision of Dr. Ba\u015fak Topaler.
