The final presentations of the participating students as a part of\u00a0International Summer Workshop 2025, Documentation and Design: Faros Tower, Buccoleon Palace and City Walls,\u00a0<\/strong>has taken place on 30 June 2025 10:00 a.m. at Cibali Hall.<\/p>\n\n

The workshop is divided into two main focus, namely documentation and design. The heritage documentation session focused on the use of digitalization tools in documenting patrimony, with an emphasis on the proper management of 3d laser scanner units and photogrammetric processes. The second session was aimed to find the most efficient solutions for contemporary museum and exhibition setups and to the investigation and understanding about the origins of the structure. A special attention was given to developing site-specific\u00a0interventions. The final posters produced by each team is exhibited at C-blok entrance in Kadir Has University\u00a0Cibali Campus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This workshop is organized by Kadir Has University\u00a0– Faculty of Art and Design<\/strong>, in cooperation with Universit\u00e0 degli Studi “G. d’Annunzio” Chieti – Pescara<\/strong> and University of Florence<\/strong>, and with the support of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Directorate of Cultural Heritage<\/strong>.
