The project aims to address brain drain from a media perspective. The project primarily focuses on the brain drain discourses circulating in the online media and social media and aims to evaluate the emotional and cognitive approaches of the potential audience of higher education students between the ages of 18-40 to brain drain.<\/p>\n\n
