Her studio practice includes documentaries and video installations, has screened internationally, and received awards. She is a founding member of the Center for Spatial Justice (MAD).<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>She holds a BA in Music at SOAS, an MA in Documentary at Goldsmiths, and a practice-based PhD from Visual Cultures, Goldsmiths. After being a faculty member at Media and Visual Arts Department at Ko\u00e7 University, a Research Fellow at Visual Cultures, Goldsmiths, and a Teaching Fellow at CEU, Budapest, she was a Fellow at the Berlin Center for Advanced Studies in Arts and Sciences (BAS) at UdK between 2019-2021.<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Didem Pek\u00fcn\u00a0joins the academic staff of the Faculty of Communication,\u00a0Radio, Television and Cinema Department\u00a0as a Visiting Lecturer in the new academic year.
