Each working day should be written on a separate page. If necessary, more than one page can be used for a business day, and these pages are dated the same day. (See Internship Directive Article 11).<\/span><\/li><li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.khas.edu.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/StajDegerlendirmeFormu_EN-1.pdf\">Internship Evaluation Form<\/a>:<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0When the student starts the internship, they give this form to the institution. When the internship is completed, this document is approved by the workplace internship supervisor and delivered in a sealed envelope, signed and sealed.
