Our Law Faculty academician Dr. Lecturer Kemal Atasoy\u2019s project titled \u201cCompatibility of Turkish Law with Current Information and Communication Technologies in Terms of Protection of Children\u2019s Properties and Children\u2019s Economic Rights\u201d has been awarded support within the scope of TUBITAK 3005 \u2013 Innovative Solutions in Social and Human Sciences Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This project aims to research the protective measures for the property values \u200b\u200band economic rights acquired by children, who are legal subjects requiring more protection compared to adults, thanks to developing information and communication technologies, and to propose legislation in this regard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. Lecturer Hande Heper and Dr. Lecturer Bur\u00e7ak Bal Yal\u00e7\u0131n are participating in the project as Researchers, and Assoc. Prof. Ahmet Ayar is participating as Consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
