The complex web of employee and employer relations; new types of employment contracts that are the product of contemporary labor law; the relationship between labor unions, employers&#8217; unions and the state; and the relationship between the insured and the social state constitute the field of study of the Department of Labor Law and Social Security Law.<\/p><p>As labor relations, which are at the center of economic and social life, develop and become more complex, they are subject to constantly evolving and changing legal regulations and challenging legal disputes that must be carefully monitored.
