The aim of the core courses is, on the one hand, to develop students&#8217; conceptual and analytical thinking on law and related notions, and on the other hand, to train lawyers who can comprehend law in its empirical social reality and analyze the relationship between legal processes and social phenomena. In addition, it is aimed that students gain the ability to think like a jurist and master the principles of method and logic that should be used in the application of abstract rules of positive law to concrete cases.<\/p><p>The elective courses are designed to enable students to acquire the interdisciplinary perspective needed in legal education on the one hand, and the scientific perspective required for academic formation on the other. In this framework, the courses focus on the relationship between law and philosophy, social sciences such as anthropology and sociology, art and literature, thus providing a formation that will help students to look at law both conceptually and empirically from a broad perspective that philosophy, social sciences, art and literature can provide.
