The project, entitled <strong>\u201cThe Golden Bond: Unfolding the Kapulukaya Hoard,\u201d<\/strong> was selected as one of only <strong>two successful proposals<\/strong> from <strong>37 applications<\/strong> submitted across Europe.<\/p>\n        <p>Coordinated by <strong>Associate Professor Sinem Aslan<\/strong> of the University of Milan, the project introduces visitors to the <strong>Kapulukaya Hoard<\/strong>, housed in the Erimtan Museum of Archaeology and Arts, through innovative digital technologies. Focusing on fourth-century Roman gold coins, the application combines <strong>3D models, interactive digital storytelling, and augmented reality<\/strong> to enable users to explore the historical journey of the coins from <strong>Antioch to Ancyra<\/strong> while engaging directly with the artifacts.<\/p>\n        <p>Bringing together computer science and cultural heritage research, the project features May Baker as <strong>Technical Lead<\/strong> and <strong>Systems Integration Lead<\/strong>. The proposed method enhances resilience against signal degradation in rapidly changing communication environments while making transmitted data significantly more difficult to detect by unauthorized parties.
