cleaning, system, and device checks are performed.<\/li>\r\n            <li>The support team remains on duty until <strong>22:00<\/strong> depending on lecture and exam schedules.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Reservation processes are conducted via <strong>SAP<\/strong>;
