<li><strong>Instant support<\/strong> is provided throughout the day to ensure the smooth progress of classes and events.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Hall reservations are tracked via the <strong>SAP<\/strong> system, and coordination is carried out with relevant units.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Technical preparation and on-site support teams are assigned for special events planned for requests regarding devices such as podiums, TVs, cameras, and microphones are evaluated and resolved on-site.<\/li>\r\n            <li>In emergencies, technical personnel are directed to the relevant
