It examines the migration reasons and processes of middle-class, transnational communities from the Global North and Global South, investigating their urban life experiences (home, work, and socialization) at the intersection of gender, nation, and ethnicity (identity and origin). The study highlights that these well-educated migrants, often perceived as a privileged \u201cexpat\u201d group, are in fact transnational middle classes who may face precarity, economic crises, conflict, and repressive regimes. It aims to reveal the discriminatory practices they encounter in Istanbul and to contribute to the development of new urban and legal policies to improve their living conditions.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8.3.
