The Industrial Relations and Technology Transfer Office is an office that acts as a bridge between the university and sectoral companies in projects, collaborations, incorporation and entrepreneurship, and plays a facilitating, accelerating and problem-solving role in the transformation of these activities into benefits for the university, the sector and the national economy.<\/p>

With this job description, KHAS R&D Resources Industrial Relations and Technology Transfer Office provides the following services to academicians:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

University - Sector Cooperation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  • To provide support to all academic units in line with the strategic goals of the university in a way that will make technology transfer effective\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/li>

  • To hold meetings and maintain continuous relations in order to ensure research collaboration between the university and companies from the sector and public institutions<\/p><\/li>

  • To conduct academician + company matching, to determine appropriate project funds.<\/p><\/li>

  • To carry out activities to increase the number and quality of R&D, consultancy and mentoring projects in collaboration with \u00dcS\u0130, to manage contracts and processes in these projects, to solve possible problems, to invoice and follow up.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    To carry out information and support activities that will strengthen the university in terms of European Union projects and especially framework programs (Horizon Europe, etc.)<\/p>

    \u2022 To provide support for academics to find partners while establishing consortiums for EU projects<\/p>

    \u2022 To integrate with project team and project development department experts during the project development process,<\/p>

    \u2022 To provide national or international expert support to researchers during the project development process, to carry out TUBITAK support and communication<\/p>

    \u2022 To inform candidate academics for ERC projects, to support preparation and application processes, to manage relations with international experts they will work with, to organize panels, to ensure that the process runs flawlessly from beginning to end<\/p>

    \u2022 To carry out EU project contract processes together with the project team<\/p>

    \u2022 To organize EU project information days within the university<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \u2022 To carry out patent and design registration applications of KHAS academics and students in cooperation with the patent office for inventions and designs subject to patent, trademark registration, design registration<\/p>

    \u2022 To inform academics and students about intellectual property and to carry out patent scanning activities<\/p>

    \u2022 To create and keep the institution’s patent directive up-to-date
    \u2022 To jointly To conduct contract and invoice processes with the relevant institution for patents<\/p>
