Dr. Ko\u00e7 will share his career experiences with the students in his speech titled \u201cMercedes-Benz’s Journey in Turkey\u201d.<\/p>\n\n
Dr. Ertu\u011frul Ko\u00e7 graduated from Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, received his MBA in Quantitative Methods from Marmara University and his PhD in Organization and Management from Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir University. With 36 years of experience in education, Dr. Ko\u00e7 has been working for Mercedes-Benz for over 26 years in areas such as human resources development, sales and driving training, and dealer organization development. He also teaches Strategic Management and Leadership to the international MBA class at Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir University.<\/p>\n\n
Dr. Ko\u00e7 has given trainings and seminars at various platforms such as Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i University, Ayd\u0131n University and Chamber of Mechanical Engineers, focusing on topics such as organizational justice, learning organizations and modern automotive technologies.
