Fuss<\/strong> olacak.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Fuss\u2019un<\/strong> <em>\u201cTissue regeneration and regulation of neuronal stem cell activity in the adult zebrafish olfactory system\u201d<\/em> ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 <strong>13 Ekim Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 16:00\u2019dan itibaren Fener Salonu\u2019nda<\/strong> dinleyebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Etkinlik dili \u0130ngilizcedir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00d6zet (Abstract):<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Olfakt\u00f6r epitel, ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc derecede y\u00fcksek h\u00fccresel yenilenme ve onar\u0131m kapasitesine sahip bir sinir dokusudur. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi sayesinde, geli\u015fim sonras\u0131 n\u00f6rogenez, doku rejenerasyonu ve k\u00f6k h\u00fccre aktivitesinin d\u00fczenlenmesi gibi h\u00fccresel ve molek\u00fcler mekanizmalar\u0131 incelemek i\u00e7in de\u011ferli bir model sunar. Zebrafish\u2019in olfakt\u00f6r epiteli (OE), farkl\u0131 doku ko\u015fullar\u0131na yan\u0131t veren ve farkl\u0131 k\u00f6k h\u00fccre ni\u015flerinde bulunan belirli \u00f6nc\u00fc h\u00fccre pop\u00fclasyonlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan korunur ve yenilenir.<\/p>\n\n<p>Globoz bazal h\u00fccreler (GBC\u2019ler), fizyolojik ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli aktiftir ve aral\u0131kl\u0131 olarak \u00f6len olfakt\u00f6r duyu n\u00f6ronlar\u0131n\u0131n yerine ge\u00e7erler. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, horizontal bazal h\u00fccreler (HBC\u2019ler), OE\u2019nin morfolojik b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc etkileyen akut hasar durumlar\u0131nda se\u00e7ici olarak aktive edilir.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131m\u0131z, GBC\u2019leri ve HBC\u2019leri se\u00e7ici olarak aktive eden molek\u00fcler sinyalleri tan\u0131mlamaya ve i\u015flevsel olarak karakterize etmeye odaklanmaktad\u0131r. Bulgular\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re, GBC aktivitesi zarar g\u00f6ren n\u00f6ronlardan sal\u0131nan purin bile\u015fikleri gibi hasar ile ili\u015fkili molek\u00fcler \u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler (DAMPs) arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla mod\u00fcle edilebilir ve bu durumda proliferasyonlar\u0131 artar. \u00d6te yandan, HBC\u2019ler, hasarl\u0131 dokuda y\u00fcksek oranda yukar\u0131 reg\u00fcle edilen heparin ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 epidermal b\u00fcy\u00fcme fakt\u00f6r\u00fcne (HB-EGF) yan\u0131t verir.
