TÜBİTAK Support from Turkey-Germany Bilateral Cooperation Program for Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oğuzhan Ceylan’s Project

It is our distinct pleasure to announce that the project coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Oğuzhan Ceylan from the Department of Management Information Systems and entitled “Market-Aware demand-side Flexibility management of thermal and battery Energy Storage systems for enhanced operaTion of low-vOltage distribution grids” has been funded by TÜBİTAK Türkiye-Germany Bilateral Cooperation Program.

The project will develop coordinated management strategies for battery and thermal energy storage systems to mitigate challenges arising from the integration of renewable energy sources into low-voltage distribution grids. Conducted in collaboration with our university, Abdullah Gül University, and the Technical University of Munich, the project aims to enhance grid stability and energy efficiency.

We congratulate our faculty member on this achievement and wish him continued success.
