Research Centers

Kadir Has University Liability Law Research and Practice Center was established at the beginning of 2021 to conduct national and international scientific studies on the concept of “responsibility” in the light of comparative law method. The aim of the Center is also to create knowledge that will guide the practice in the field of liability law by conducting interdisciplinary studies in cooperation with private sector organizations.
