Students who completed the internship should submit the following two forms: Internship Evaluation Report (should be signed and approved by the company executive) and Internship Student Report (should be filled by the student and approved by the company executive).

They should be sent by e-mail from the company executive’s official account to Dr. Başak Topaler: basak.topaler@khas.edu.tr
