CSO CLINIQUE: VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT AND MOTIVATION FOR CSOs - 16 APRIL 2019
CSO Clinique trainings conducted by the Center for International and European Studies (CIES) at Kadir Has University continues with the training titled “Volunteer Management and Motivation for CSOs”. The CSO Clinique will be held on 16 April 2019.
The training will be conducted by the Deputy General Manager of TEMA, Başak Yalvaç Özçağdaş. In the first part of the training, she will introduce the fundamentals for working with volunteers and motivation. In the second part, a workshop will be conducted to practice the theoretical part.
CSO Clinique, aims to strengthen the knowledge and skills of CSO employees, master and PhD students; and promotes them to participate. The training on “Volunteer Management and Motivation for CSOs” will be given at the building of Kadir Has University Center for Research. It will be the 24th CSO Clinique training.
What is CSO Clinique?
CSO Clinique, which was constituted by the Center for International and European Studies, organizes trainings twice a month on average to support civil society activities. One day trainings aim to support the adaptation process of civil society organizations to the rapidly changing world. CSO Clinique aims to be equipped young people who are committed to civil society with knowledge, to strengthen their skills and to provide more effective participation in decision making process. Topics of trainings focus on current developments in our country as well as in the World and especially on the areas where CSOs play active role.
The regulated trainings within the Project of “Striving for Good Governance: Civil Society Strengthening and Youth Empowerment” create a dialogue platform for trainers and participants. CSO Clinique also give an opportunity to meet experienced trainers and to take inspiration from their knowledge and vision.
