Dr. Saida A. Yılmaz is a marketing expert with over 10 years of experience in tourism, cultural tourism, hospitality and health tourism, specializing in market research, business development and customer management. She holds a PhD in Marketing and an MSc in Tourism Management from Istanbul University. During her academic studies, she has researched consumer perceptions with publications covering ecotourism, brand personality, market entry strategies and customer loyalty.
Alongside his academic achievements, Dr. Yılmaz has gained significant professional experience, including organizing international conferences and establishing strategic business partnerships. His work bridges the gap between theory and practice, providing effective solutions in both the tourism and healthcare sectors.
