The Digital Journalism Project, which was realized in cooperation with Habitat Association, Facebook and Kadir Has University New Media Department, started its trainings.
Within the scope of the Digital Journalism Project, which aims to support journalists and journalism students in Turkey in digital journalism, social media platforms and storytelling, the first trainings will be held in November and December between the dates specified below. The trainings for journalists, journalism and new media students will be organized according to the curriculum consisting of “News Publishers and Facebook, Facebook for Reaching Your Audience, Instagram for News and Safe Facebook for Journalists”. The Digital Journalism Project, implemented in collaboration with Habitat Association, Facebook and Kadir Has University New Media Department, aims to support journalists and journalism students in Turkey in digital journalism, social media platforms and storytelling. The Digital Journalism Project aims to contribute to the professional development of journalists and journalism students. On the other hand, this project will also contribute to the integration of print media into online publishing. The project aims to reach a total of 1,000 journalists and prospective journalists by the end of 2020. The training, in which the experiences of the project partners in the fields of media use, digital world, education and journalism provide a common value, aims to reach participants who are doing or aiming to do individual journalism or who will be involved from an institution.
