Administrative Law

Administrative Law encompasses the rules and principles governing the structure and activities of the administration, as well as the exercise of public authority. Our primary objective is to introduce administrative law institutions, considering the rule of law and human rights. Within this conceptual framework, our main areas of study include the Turkish administrative structure, the legal framework governing public services and law enforcement activities, and the judicial review of the administration.
