A Conversation on Social Media Ecosystem with Cihan Öztürk, Head of Customer Solutions for TikTok Turkey, Central and South Asia
On April 21, 2025, Cihan Öztürk, Head of Customer Solutions for TikTok Turkey, Central and South Asia, met with students as part of the Social Media course conducted by Kadir Has University Faculty of Communication, Department of New Media.
During the session, TikTok’s transformation process on a global scale, user interaction patterns, the evolution of influencer marketing and the platform’s strategic expansions towards e-commerce were discussed.
Students had the opportunity to gain up-to-date and practical information on the dynamics of the sector and had the opportunity to observe the transforming structure of digital platforms first-hand.
