Bilateral Cooperation Supports

There are bilateral cooperation agreements signed with various countries at intergovernmental or interinstitutional levels in the field of science and technology. Within the framework of these agreements, joint research projects are supported and monitored, and financial support is provided for activities such as joint scientific meetings, expert exchanges, study visits, etc. Bilateral and multiple cooperation applications are divided into “Programs Open to Continuous Application” and “Invited Support Programs”.

COST

The European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST Association) is an organization that aims to bring together scientists who are experts in their fields across Europe in international scientific networks called COST Actions, specific to their fields, and thus to carry scientists who continue their national research to the international arena.

All scientists working full-time in the private sector, public institutions and universities can benefit from COST. Within the scope of COST Actions, financial support is provided for publications resulting from studies conducted within the scope of the Management Committee and Working Group meetings, workshops, scientific conferences, scientific courses, short-term scientific visits and actions.

ERA-NET and Partnerships

ERA-NET, designed as an application tool to be used within the scope of the European Union Framework Programs, aims to support Public-Public cooperation in the member countries of the Program, to ensure coordination between national and regional research programs, to develop and strengthen research and innovation programs and to increase international cooperation.
