The Last Period of the Ottoman Empire and Romania

The Center for International and European Studies (CIES), in collaboration with the Romanian Consulate in Istanbul and the Romanian Cultural Center “Dimitrie Cantemir”, will host a colloquium titled “The Last Period of the Ottoman Empire and Romania” dedicated to Alexandru Em. Lahovary (1855-1950), a Romanian diplomat who served as the Embassy of Romania in Istanbul from March 1902 to March 1906, on Thursday, April 25th from 10:00-13:00 at the Galata Hall of Kadir Has University. The colloquium is open to all and will take place in Turkish and Romanian.
