Childcare Facilities For Staff And Faculty

At Kadir Has University, we are dedicated to advancing gender equality by offering essential childcare support for both our staff and students. Acknowledging the challenge of balancing professional and academic responsibilities with family life, we have established discount agreements with various educational institutions to help ease the burden of childcare within our community.

In collaboration with Doğa College, Kadir Has University provides exclusive discounts for pre-school, nursery, primary, middle, and high school education. This initiative aims to meet the educational needs of the children of our university members, ensuring that working parents can access affordable, high-quality education for their children.

To take advantage of these benefits, full-time employees need only submit a “working document,” issued by the university, to the relevant educational institution during the enrollment process. We continue to expand our partnerships and actively work to increase the variety of childcare options available to our community.

As part of our ongoing commitment to gender equality, we also invite our staff and students to share their suggestions for new Kindergarten and Nursery School collaborations. The Human Resources Department reviews these recommendations and works to establish additional partnerships with suitable institutions.
