Individual Counseling
In individual interviews, the clients allow you to listen to the issues you find necessary with the psychological counselor/psychologists without being judged and gain a different perspective on your problems. During individual interviews, you can identify the situations that bother you, understand their effects on your life, develop alternative ways of thinking and behaving, and take responsibility for taking an active role in your life story and finding new solutions. When necessary, we can direct you to the relevant areas of expertise.
Individual counseling applications are based on the student’s voluntariness.

Group Counseling
The group process begins with the group at the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Center (KHAS-PRDM), with 10-12 people who, after preliminary interviews, are decided by our experts that they will benefit from this type of study. These people must comply with the principle of confidentiality from the moment they are included in the group. Everything spoken in the group stays in the group. Our groups usually last at least four sessions, once a week, in 1.5-hour sessions.
In groups, people can find the opportunity to understand their inner world, lifestyles, and relationships. With practice, they can activate change in their inner world and relationships. It aims to enable students to examine their common problems through group dynamics and mutual communication and to learn to cope with problems.
