Our Students Received Awards from Sarajevo

Our students Nazlı Bulum and Zeynep Dilan, who received post production support from Kadir Has University Creative Industries Platform have been entitled to get the Best Short Film Award in the 26th Sarajevo Film Festival Student Films Competition. We hereby proudly share the message of our students Zeynep Dilan Süren and Nazlı Bulum in the award ceremony.

“Hello,
I am here on behalf of our whole team. We are all very happy. We would like to thank the jury members and the festival team who made their best and achieved to perform the festival in these difficult conditions. It was a very special week. Filming this video is as exciting as going on stage.

Although we live different lives in different cities, our struggle is similar. I would like to dedicate and receive this award on behalf of all young women in the world who are still on the way. For all women who have to find their way in the city and who do not give up solidarity throughout their difficult struggle for survival, howsoever.”
