S-PARCS: Envisioning and Testing New Models of Sustainable Energy Cooperation and Services in Industrial Parks

It is our distinct pleasure to announce that the project coordinated under the umbrella of CESD-Energy and Sustainable Development Center, by Asst. Prof. Dr. Gökhan Kirkil from FFNS Department of Industrial Engineering, has been awarded funding by, Horizon 2020 CSA (Coordination and support action). Prof. Dr. Volkan Ş. Ediger, Asst. Prof. Dr. Emre Çelebi and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Deniz Yücekaya also take part as researchers in the project.

 

The project, entitled  “S-PARCS: Envisioning and Testing New Models of Sustainable Energy Cooperation and Services in Industrial Parks” aims to present a sound concept for reducing energy costs and energy consumption in industrial parks, while, at the same time, increasing renewable on-site energy production. The project has been recorded in the STRAR database with the number of 2017-DK-06 and the details can be found in the attached form.
